The Spirit of Freedom Foundation sold and financed this home for a single working mother with children.
The mother is now improving and decorating the home giving it that special loving touch.
Away from apartment living, the children love a large backyard and the stability that only a home can give.
We are now looking forward to working on another successful project.

This Ohio home is our first completed project.
The property was donated by a terminally ill owner.
We rented it as we figured out how best use it to help homeless veterans. That proved to be quite a difficult undertaking. So we expanded our thinking and found single working parents with children also face serious challenges in life.
We then leased it to a single working mother whose character is such we determined her to be worthy of ownership. A free and clear title enabled us to finance the property on very favorable terms. Some day in less than ten (10) years, a young mother with teenage children will own a mortgage free home.
